Project 365 Terms of Service

Welcome to Project 365 by Anja Poehlmann (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to and participating in Project 365 on Substack, you (“Subscriber,” “User,” or “Member”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Overview

Project 365 is a subscription-based program that provides daily or monthly photo prompts, community resources, and access to monthly live calls for participating members. The purpose of this program is to encourage creative photo-taking and memory-keeping for personal use.

2. Subscription and Membership

• Free Membership: Subscribers to the free tier of Project 365 will receive monthly prompts and emails related to the Project 365 initiative.

• Paid Membership: Subscribers to the paid tier will receive daily prompts, access to exclusive content, and monthly live calls for Q&A and photo showcases. Paid members will be billed annually, and payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Opt-Out: Users may unsubscribe or cancel their membership at any time by following the instructions in their account settings or by contacting us.

3. Content and Use

• Prompts and Material: The daily or monthly prompts and all related content provided through Project 365 are for personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

• Community Engagement: Members who submit photos or questions for monthly calls retain ownership of their content but grant us a non-exclusive license to share, display, and discuss submissions within the Project 365 community events.

4. Intellectual Property

• All materials, prompts, and content created by or for Project 365, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and videos, are the intellectual property of Anja Poehlmann. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Privacy and Data Use

• We respect your privacy. Your email and personal information are used only to provide Project 365 services, send updates, and deliver program content. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to manage subscriptions and conduct program activities.

• Any content submitted by users for live calls or community activities may be recorded or shared within the Project 365 community. By submitting content, you consent to its use within this context.

6. Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Results: Project 365 is intended for creative and personal development purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or level of skill improvement.

• Program Adjustments: Project 365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the program, including the type or frequency of content, without prior notice.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Project 365 for any user who violates these Terms of Service or engages in activities that harm or disrupt the community or program operations.

8. Changes to Terms

• Project 365 may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes and continued use of the program after any changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
